All orders to Canada/Mexico/Europe/Asia please add an additional $25.00. These orders are sent with a confirmed delivery confirmation and will be received in 3-10 business days. We use the United States Postal Service and the charges are what they charge. We are very aware the shipping rates are high. But all orders require a delivery confirmation notice, dangerous goods declaration, and postal inspection. We must follow all international shipping regulations set forth by the US Government.

 

Return Policy

All origin or manufacturing defective products may be returned within 30 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase. In case of a defective product, we kindly ask you to send a picture and a note providing information on the damage. All shipping is paid by client returning items. Refunds will be issued for the item value only, and taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
